B&W Studio Engagement Photo Session: Approximately two months before, this dynamic interaction with your photographer will enhance the quality of your wedding day photography. You will receive 48 Photos and one 8x10 Enlargement from this casual "break the ice" shoot. We even have an outdoor terrace with a great Manhattan view. Many of our clients use these photos in some form at their Weddings or in published announcements. A thorough meeting after the shoot with your Photographer will cover the day’s schedule, family members, types of shots, and what you’d like in Black and White. This in person meeting will ensure that our crew arrives where and when you want them, and knows what and who's important to you.

Photographic Assistant : This valuable professional will be your Photographer's "right hand"enabling and freeing him or her to capture, without interruption, the precious fleeting moments of your day at the artistic and comprehensive level we are know for.
Photo Proof Prints: You will receive an average of 700 - 5”x 5” or 4"x 6" Photo Prints, in time-sequence order, numbered on reverse side, five weeks later. These are yours to keep.
With Bill Fredericks, the addition of a second photographer brings you additional proofs; 800- 1,100 total.
Album Design Meeting: A studio Design Specialist will work together with you to individually design and create the perfect album from the photo choices you have made. This meeting will take place approximately two months after you’ve received your photo proof prints.
Custom Leather Bound Wedding Album-Choose Either Album:
(A) The Border Style Album 50 Photos (45 Color and 5 B&W Prints) up to 10x10, crafted to exact specifications. Uses archival prints in a designable layout with mat borders.
or (B) The Flush Style Album with 50 Photos (45 Color and 5 B&W Prints). All Pages are 10x10 or 8x12 Photo Prints to the edge- no mat borders. Composite print designing available.
One year after your Album is complete all your photo originals, (in digital or analog form) will be released to you.

Our own Staff of Photographic Artist/Printers carries on the time honored tradition of Exhibition Grade, Hand Printed, Fiber Base Archival Silver Prints produced right here in our own Lab. We are proud to be the only photographers in the New York region able to create this for you- the finest black and white print available. This method is very time intensive, yet we remain committed to bringing this art quality to you at reasonable rates.
